Quiet and wonderful hotel located short walk to train station and main sights, an easy walk to the centre, and Ponte Vecchio and other main attractions. Impeccably clean and silent rooms with feather pillows. Exceptionally comfortable bed and good location close to city center. 5 minutes walk to a large Gothic palace:)))

Location was safe and a short walk to the major attractions. Recommended restaurants by staff were very good. Would go back again. Good experience and value for the money.

Parking is not permitted on the street so we used the garage across the street (20E/day). We arrived at 9 am so the garage was not full. Ac unit (mounted near ceiling) cut off numerous times during the night and one needed to climb on a table and unplug and replug (reboot?). Desk was manned 24/7 and was helpful. Breakfast did not start until 8 am and was adequate.

The AC was really good, keeping our room comfy. Location was super convenient near the bus and train station 🚌 we didn't have enough towel hooks, a bit annoying.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a cute little area, close enough to the centre and all major tourist attractions, all main sights and the coach station and great shops, restaurants, and touristic sites. Supper friendly and amazingly nice staff gave advice on things to do.

The staff we met were not very helpful.

cancellation issues

Cancellations can mess up your plans-had issues with a credit card expiration date and ended up having to pay more to rebook. Shared bathroom setup might not work for everyone, and someone could use more grab bars in the shower area for safety. Missed a five-night stay due to missed train and got no response from the hotel.

Hotel situated near the train station. Hotel at the upper level and here is no lift . Not too easy if you have baggage to carry up to the hotel. Ok for backpacker. If you are driving. The attended parking is just opposite the hotel. It cost us 24 euros per night.

Recommend to backpacker but not family like us

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was basic but comfortable.

Breakfast was really not very nice- coffee and juice from machines, croissants the very cheap pre-packed sort.
